2. RFQ Process
This platform operates on a Request for Quotation (RFQ) model. Prices shown are indicative and may vary based on final order quantity, payment terms, and delivery location. Confirmed pricing is provided only after WhatsApp discussion with our sales team.
3. Products & Pricing
All product specifications, images, and pricing information are provided for reference only. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or change specifications without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed upon during the RFQ discussion. Standard terms include advance payment or credit terms for established customers. All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at order confirmation. We ship pan-India via reputed logistics partners.
6. Returns & Warranty
Returns are accepted only for defective products reported within 7 days of delivery, with supporting evidence. All items must be returned in original packaging. Warranty claims are subject to manufacturer terms.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected during the RFQ process (name, phone, address) is used solely for order processing and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
